Overview: ChesedGamesOnline is seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a helpdesk for our online communities on Facebook and Discord, providing support and fostering positive interactions. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate closely with our Social Media Manager to ensure a seamless and engaging community experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Community Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for community members on Facebook and Discord, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Engagement: Actively engage with community members by responding to comments, messages, and posts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align community interactions with overall social media strategy and initiatives.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report community feedback to help improve our services and address any concerns or suggestions from the community.
  • Moderation: Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle and resolve conflicts or issues within the community in a calm and professional manner.
  • Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with community members in both English and Dutch to cater to our diverse audience.
  • Resource Sharing: Assist community members by sharing relevant resources, guides, and information to help them navigate and utilize ChesedGamesOnline’s offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience: Proven experience in community management, customer support, or a related field.
  • Passion for Gaming: A strong interest in game development and the gaming industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with community members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple community platforms and tasks efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics software.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the ChesedGamesOnline team and contribute to the overall goals of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience with game development communities or similar online communities.
  • Knowledge of Game Development: Basic understanding of game development processes and tools.
